ROADBLOCK
"Who has an animal instinct?"

The chosen team member must ride in a motortrike sidecar [similar to a tuktuk] to a rice paddy, where they must use a carabao (ox)-driven plow to plow a figure eight path through the field, steering through marked poles. Teams are given instructions on steering the plow beforehand, and are allowed to ask for assistance from watching farmers if they go off course, but must restart the task if they do so.

Teams must pick up four boxes of supplies (including candy), place them in a waiting jeepney, ride in the jeepney to an orphanage (Nuestra Señora de Guia Children's Centre and Livelihood Program) in Ermita Shrine, and exchange the supplies for the next clue. Teams arrive at the orphanage and donate their supplies:

Heel <--DETOUR--> Wheel

Both tasks involved in this Detour take place in the Carriedo LRT Station in Santa Cruz, Manila, and teams must travel there in their jeepney before starting.
Teams selecting HEEL must match five hundred shoes mixed up in a marked area into their 250 pairs. PROS: Not physical. CONS: Requires a lot of patience.
Teams selecting WHEEL must completely and correctly build a bicycle from its component parts, using tools provided. PROS: Mechanical teams can finish quickly. CONS: Could be confusing and complicated.
